Fueron muy amables con nosotros y la comunicación fue muy buena durante y antes de la estancia, los departamentos son muy lindos y limpios y tienen todo lo necesario para tu estancia, el único pero es que si hay ruido afuera si se escucha todo , pero no es algo insoportable.
No nos pudimos quedar pero nos dieron la oportunidad de ver las habitaciones. Si te quieres quedar debes hacer reservación, tienen calentadores pero aún así el lugar es frío. Excelente limpieza y el personal atento Si llevan carro me parece que el lugar cuenta con estacionamiento
Habitación súper bien equipada para un fin de semana, la atención de Lili fue increíble y muy pendiente de nosotros a cualquier hora del día. El hotel tiene un estacionamiento a 4 mins caminando donde se queda muy bien resguardado.
¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Cerca del centro, habitaciones limpias, lindas, tranquilas y cómodas. La atención de su anfitriona inigualable desde el momento que los contactas y están pendientes de ti en todo momento. ¡Gracias!

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme hace un par de semanas, el hotel tiene una energia muy especial si pretendes descansar y relajarte, las habitaciones muy limpias y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia increible, excelente ubicación y sobre todo una super atención por parte de Lili quien se encargó de atendernos de lujo, además de una excelente calidad personal que nos hizo sentirnos como en casa. Ampliamente recomendado y le doy 5 estrellas. Mil gracias por todas sus atenciones Hotel Casa Riva Palacio.
